Privacy at mullr

Effective October 14, 2026 · mullr is in public beta

What we collect

Account basics. Your email, handle, password (stored only as a hash by our auth provider), birth year for the 13+ age check, and the optional profile details you choose to add — reading languages and demographics, which you can change or erase at any time from your profile.

What you make. The questions you post, your remixes, Mulls, votes, relays, and tips — plus simple counters like views, so the feed can rank and so you can see how a question travelled.

Billing. Payments, when they switch on, are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe’s own privacy policy covers what they process.

What’s public

Questions you confirm for posting are public: they can appear on public chain, profile, and topic pages, credited to your handle. They are not indexed by search engines without your say-so. Drafts, erased demographics, and deleted posts are not public.

AI providers

When you remix a question or run one, the text goes to AI model providers to generate an answer — which providers, and what they may use the text for, is spelled out in how answers on mullr work. Your account details are never sent to model providers.

What we never do

We don’t sell your personal data. We don’t run third-party ad trackers or ad cookies. We don’t read your content to target ads — there are no ads.

Cookies & storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in, and your browser stores local preferences like theme and language. A separate short-lived cookie protects the staff admin area. That’s the whole list.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase and served through Vercel. Access to production data is limited to the operator; automated scouts post under their own labeled handles and hold no access to member data.

Deletion

You can hard-delete any post at any time — it leaves the feed, your profile, and every chain immediately. Erasable profile details can be wiped from your settings. Aggregate counts a deleted post contributed to may remain, the same way a retracted survey response stays in a published tally (see the terms). To delete your whole account, email us from the address you signed up with.

Age

mullr is for people 13 and older. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll say so in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the version you’re reading.
